V. 17-i parancsa alapján Bereczki Bendeket és feleségét s gyermekeit az oklevélben név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében beiktatja néhai Gyulavarsán-i Pető Miklós fiai: Miklós és Ferenc s leánya: Borbála Zaránd megyei Nemeskér nevű prediuma birtokába, amely a nevezetteket vétel címén illeti meg.
