A kolozsmonostori konvent jelenti Gwth-i Orzag Mihály nádornak, hogy kiküldöttje: László frater Benye-i Tamással együtt szeptember 15-én (f.V.p.Exalt.cr.) Wylak-on Belthek-i Drag fia: Miklósnak Jakch László leányától: Affrica-tól született fia: Bertalan ellenében október 6-ra (ad oct. Mich.) - levele értelmében vásáron való kikáltás útján (cum litteris vestris proclamatoriis) - perbe idézte Bathor-i Szaniszló fia: Mathyust, hogy ügyükben végleges ítéletet hozhasson, és felszólította őt a 18 márka ezüst bírság kifizetésére, továbbá oklevelei bemutatására. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 1621.
