A kolozsmonostori konvent bizonyítja, hogy Lossoncz-i Bán fia: néhai István fiai: László, János és György július 8-án (XV.d.Nat.Joh.) 50-50 nemes eskütárssal Chak-i Ferenc bihari ispán ellenében, annak megbízottja: Posa (dictus) Jakab Darocz-i plébános jelenlétében, letették a Mátyás király levelében előírt esküt annak igazolására, hogy május 23-án (in virg.Penth.) fegyveres embereikkel Ladanthelke-ről (Bychor m) nem hurcoltatták el Chak-i Ferenc 13 jobbágyát. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 1580.
