A konvent bizonyítja, hogy Jara-i Péter a Szt. Miklós-templomban huszonötödmagával esküt tett, miszerint Alsoyara-n lakó familiárisai: Warad-i Tamás és Nagy (magnus) György nem az ő parancsára akarták megölni Jara-i Jánost, nem az ő utasítására hányták el a gyepüket (sepes) és hordták el az ottani káposztát (caulesque in eodem plantatas).
