A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Losonch-i Bán fia: István (m) tiltakozik Nemethty-i Ban fia: Györgynek (e) az ország rendjei előtt (prelatis et baronibus proceribusque et nobilibus regni Hungarie) tett ama panasza ellen, mely szerint ő Thoho, Mezes és Keres nevű helyen 90 fegyveres lovassal meg akarta volna akadályozni (exitum seu egressum ipsius in tribus locis seu viis, puta Thoho, Mezes et Keres cum XC equitibus armatis manibus explorari fecisset), hogy György a rendek március 25-én (in Annunc.
