A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Solyomkw-i Menyhért fia: János és Erdewg János - Menyhért fia: János, fiai: Sandrin és Ozsvát, valamint Erdewg Mihály fiai: János, Antimos, Benedek nevében is - tiltakozik amiatt, hogy néhai Erdewg Miklós, Theke Bereck és Solyomkw-i Erdewg László a Zenthkathalna-hoz tartozó Zarazpathak és Mykes nevű földjük egy részét eladták néhai Panchel Györgynek és fiának: Péternek.
