A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Revd-i Cheh Miklós kötelezi magát, hogy tartozása fejében átengedi Meggyesfalwa-i [Alard fia:] Jakabnak, a királytól szolgálatai jutalmaként nyerendő birtok felét. Ha nem kapna birtokadományt, tartozik 22 arany Ft adósságát megadni. Alig olvasható bejegyzés. Előtte egy bejegyzés értelmezhetetlen utolsó két sora. Dátum Jakó szerint 1431 ? ápr. 4. (f. IV. a.
