Lajos király a gyulafehérvári (AlbTr) káptalanhoz: Minthogy Abrughbanya mezőváros lakói (civium et colonorum) a bányászat érdekében azt a kiváltságot élvezik, hogy csak akkor kell táborba szállniok, ha az ellenség Erdélyország határai ellen támad (dempto eventu, quo hostes fines istius regni Transsilvanensis adoriri et invadere intellegerentur, nam tunc ipsi quoque instar aliorum regnicolarum istius patrie pro tuenda communi salute et conservanda republica tenerentur bellum ingredi), ebben az általa is megerősített privilégiumukban ne háborgassa őket.
