A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Adamos-i Porkolab Imre - akit Szentgyörgyi és Bozyn-i Péter (sp et m) országbíró, erdélyi vajda és székely ispán fővesztésre ítélt, mert szolgabíróként jogtalanul járt el (ratione et pretextu quorundam indebitorum processuum suorum per ipsum... executorum) Kysfalwd-i Bordy Bálint ellen - a néhai Bogath-i Imre birtokaiból őt illető részéről lemond Althemberger Thomas volt szebeni polgármester (magistri civium civitatis Cibiniensis) özvegye: néhai Wysakna-i Miklós leánya: Affra, valamint gyermekei: István, Oswald és Johann javára annak viszonzásaként, hogy kifizették helyette a főváltságát. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 3417.
