A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt néhai Monak-i/Monaky János fia: Tamás nemcsak beleegyezését adja testvérbátyja (fr.c.maior natu): Monak-i István ama korábbi bevallásához, amellyel Lwcz-i (Zemlen m) birtokrészét Zakachy-i néhai Thokos Benedek fia Istvánnak adta át, hanem - általa is tapasztalt segítsége viszonzásaként - 300 magyar Ft-ért ottani részét is örök áron eladja neki. - Hártyára írt tisztázata a Bárczay cs.lt-ban: DL 84035. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 3380.
