A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Zych-i/Zychy Mihály - testvérei: Benedek és László nevében is - AlsoJara, FelsewJara, Kysbanya, Bykal, KysAklos és NaghAklos (Thorda m) birtokbeli részeit 500 jó magyar arany Ft-ért örök áron eladja Jara-i/Jaray Balázsnak, valamint testvéreinek: Andrásnak és Bernátnak. A vevők ebből az összegből 128 Ft-ot készpénzzel fizettek, 172 Ft-ot nov.11-én (in Martini), 200 Ft-ot pedig később megállapítandó időpontban törlesztenek. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 2992.
