A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt ZenthMarthon-i Janosy György özvegye: néhai Zenthkyral-i Semmyen leánya: Margit Dathos, Ikland, Kapus, Gerebenes, Saly, ZenthMarthon, Nema, KysNywlas, Pynar (Thorda vm), Mehes, Velker, Arankwth (Colos vm) birtokbeli részeit és nevezett Semmyen-től bármelyik székben reá szállott egész székely örökségét (totale siculiatum suum in terra Siculia ubilibet et in qualibet sede existens) 300 jó magyar arany Ft-ért örök áron eladja Zenthkyral-i Chany Lőrincnek és Lázárnak. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 2962.
