A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Dees mezővárosban lakó Somogyi Nagy (magnus de Symigio) Bálint (c) - gyermektelen haláluk esetére - kölcsönös örökösödési szerződést köt feleségével: Dees-en lakó néhai Fodor (dictus) Gergely (c) leánya: Erzsébettel.
