A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Zenthanna-i néhai Thoth István fia: Thoth Ferenc (e) kijelenti, hogy Keczel-i Zele Márton (e) kezébe adta Pethenyefalwa egészbirtokot és Alsosereden, Felsewsereden (Karazna vm) felét, amelyeket testvére (fr.u): Thoth Balázs (e) 720 arany Ft-ért örök áron eladott, valamint az ezekre vonatkozó átengedett hét oklevelet, miután ő - Szentgyörgyi és Bozyn-i Péter (sp et m) országbíró, erdélyi vajda és székely ispán kötelezőlevele értelmében - április 24-én visszatérítette Zele-nek az általa Balázs kezéhez már kifizetett 360 Ft-ot. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 3186.
