A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Mátyásfi (Petri Mathie) Péter (fia): Miklós Coloswar-i bíró és esküdtjei bizonyítják, hogy amikor Scheerl Jakob ispotálymester és felesége: Margarethe a tanács előtt néhai idősebb Hannwssel Johann házából nemcsak az őket illető részt, hanem Bécsben (Wyenne) elhunyt testvére: (ifjabb) Hannwsel Johann részét is testvéreire: Hannwssel Johannra és Michaelre hagyta, Coch Martin szintén ezeknek engedte át saját és gyermekei jussát e házból. - Ái. a konvent 1501 nov.19-i oklevelében (3218.sz.). - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 2707.
