A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Sard-i János - fiai: Benedek és PÁl nevében is - Sard-on (Kolos m) a templomon alul (subtus ecclesiam parochilaem) nyugatra levő puszta jobbágytelkét, melyen korábban néhai Fekethe Miklós lakott, éa a Zenthpal felőli halastóban lévő részét örökre átadja Hathzak-i Istvánnak, valamint fiainak: Ferencnek és Gáspárnak, amiért elengedték neki ama 25 budai (Budensis) máska ezüst megfizetését, amelyben velük szemben elmarasztalódott. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 2671.
