A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt MeregJo-i néhai Dan vajda fiai: Gheorghe és Mihai fogott bírák segítségével kiegyeznek MeregJo-i néhai Bothos Ioan vajda fia: Petruval a ZekelJo vizére épített új kétkerekű malom feletti perükben (ratione cuiusdam molendini per dictos Georgium et Michaelem de novo et in loco edificati duarum rotarum in fluvio ZekelJo decurrentis). Ennek értelmében Petru vajda megtéríti Gheorghe és Mihai vajdának a 12 arany Ft építési költség felét s ezzel jogot nyer a malom felerészéhez. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 2614.
