Francisci) Jara-i Jakab, minthogy nővérét: néhai Jara-i Lőrinc leánya: Apolinát a nemtelen (homini ignobili) Horwath Simonhoz adta feleségül, Jara-n átengedi nekik azt az öt puszta telket, amelyen korábban Pyrwska Balázs, Gacho Ambrus, Sywlyok Péter, Zekel János és Zold István lakott, továbbá 14 hold szántóföldet és nyolc kaszaalja rétet, mely a falusiak évenkénti nyílosztása szerint minden fordulón jár a kúriájukhoz (annuatim ad quaslibet partes secundum sortem aliorum popularium utendum).
