A kolozsmonostori konvent jelenti, hogy néhai Jara-i János fia: Jakab és néhai Jara-i Miiklós fia: Péter Bare (Colus vm) birtokbeli részüket, melyet előbbi megállapodásuk alkalmával néhai ZenthIwan-i István fiai: János és Ferenc és ezek unokatestvére (fr. p): néhai ZenthIwan-i Mátyás fia: László adott cserébe nekik, készpénzben fizetendő 25 arany Ft-ért és 20 Ft értékű egyéb javakért visszaengedik említett korábbi tulajdonosainak.
