A kolozsmonostori konvent jelenti, hogy Soma-i Thoth Péter fia: István felesége: Kyde-i Zylagy Miklós leánya: Dorottya - gyermekei: Ambrus és Márta nevében is - az őt néhai Darabus János és Soma-i Nagy (magnus) Domokos után megillető Soma-i (Kolos vm) birtokrészt 10 arany Ft-ért örök áron eladja néhai Soma-i János fiainak: Andrásnak, Lászlónak és Jánosnak. Ha e birtokban nem tudná őket megvédeni, Zenthmarthonmachkassa-i (Kolos vm) jószágából elfoglalhatnak maguknak hasonló értékű részt. KOLOZSMONOSTORI KONVENT
