A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Sombor-i Gergely fia: Péter azzal a feltétellel vesz kölcsön 50 arany forintot Zenthmyhaltheleke-i Thompa Mihálytól, hogy az zálogként magának foglalhassa Aython-i (Kolozs m ) birtokrészét, ha ő szeptember 29-ig a pénzt nem fizetné neki vissza. Addig azonban sem ő, sem hitelezője semmiféle taksát nem szedhet az ottani jobbágyokon (super iobagiones in eiusdem portionibus commorantes nullam taxam recipere valeat). KOLOZSMONOSTORI KONVENT
