Somkerek-i Erdely Miklós (e) megegyezik Zeredalhel-i János (e) Chycho-i udvarbírójával (provisor curie): Zeych Mihállyal és várnagyával: Nagy (magnus) Domokossal, hogy Magyar Balázs (m) erdélyi vajda előtt folyó összes ügyeiket hat fogott bíró ítéletére bízzák, akik március 8-án (II. d. dom. Quadrag.) Bethlen-ben ülnek össze.
