A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt néhai Kecheth-i András fia: László feleségének: néhai Farnas-i Weres Dénes leányának: Annának köti le zálogba Hary nevű (Fehér m) vásárolt birtokát ama 200 darabból álló ménes (pro premissis ducentis equis equicalibus), 20 márka ezüst és pártaöv (baltheum) fejében, amiket felesége a nagyanyjáról és anyjáról reászállott javakból - fogott bírák ítéletére - elengedett Weres Benedeknek és testvérének: Jánosnak, továbbá azért a 100 arany Ft-ért, amelyet Hary felének megvásárlására adott. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 1475.
