A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Benedek, Antal, a pálosok Szentmihálykő vára alatt épült Szűz Mária-kolostorának lakói (ordinis sancti Pauli primi heremite in claustro beate Marie virginis sub castro sancti Michaelis fundato commorantes) tiltakoznak amiatt, hogy Gerewasarhel-i Miklós özvegye: Margit, valamint fiai: Gergely, György és Zsigmond, továbbá officiálisuk: Bálint az egész papság megcsúfolására (in dedecus et scandalum totis ordinid clericalis et dampnum satis ingens) a nyílt úton kifosztották az erdélyi részekből több szekérrel sót szállító (cum quibusdam curribus ad exportandos sales de partibus Transsilvarum) laikus testvérüket (fratrem conversum): Mihályt. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 1449.
