A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Kemer-i György fia: néhai István fiai: Péter és Dávid a Tamás nevű néhai testvérüket Kemer, Doh, Somos és Domozlo (Karazna vm) birtokban megillető részeket zálogként átengedik néhai Zylwas-i István fia: Péternek, minthogy feleségével: Klárával, aki az aemlített Tamás leánya, férjhezmenetelekor nem adhattak a nővéreiéhez hasonló jegyajándékot (sponsalia tempore maritationis).
