A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Kecheth-i László (e) tiltakozik amiatt, hogy - amint hírlik - Farnas-i néhai Weres Dénes fia: Benedek (e) az ő tudta nélkül, maga és János nevű testvére javára a királytól új adományt szerzett Magyarphylpes és Zazfylpes (Klws vm) egészbirtokra és be is vezettette magát, noha ezeket neki, Kecheth-i Lászlónak kellett volna iktatnia a néhai testvére: Péter váci (Waciensis) püspök és néhai Farnas-i Dénes közötti megegyezés alapján.
