A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt néhai Bagath-i János fia: András - osztályos atyjafia: néhai Bagath-i Péter fia: Imre és Doboka-i Miklós nevében is - tiltja néhai Bagath-i Péter fia: Lászlót, hogy Bagath-i (Thorda vm) birtokrészeit 200 arany Ft-ban elzálogosítsa, Gerend-i Mihályt (e) pedig hogy azokat használja, minthogy e birtokok vérrokonság és osztályos atyafiság címén (tam ratione linee consanguineitatis, quamque ratione fraternalis [!} condivisionalis) inkább őket illetik.
