A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Moch-i Bertalan tiltakozik amiatt, hogy Gywla-i Miklós Gyulafehérváron (AlbTr) Colos-i főesperes, Warad-i éneklőkanonok egyik javadalmáról nem volt hajlandó három napon belül lemondani Tholdalag-i Balázs magister javára, noha erre őt Mátyás király parancsából a legutóbbi Pest-i végzésekre hivatkozva felszólította (iuxta vigorem generealis decreti in congregatione generali ... regni Hungarie in civitate Pestiensi nunc proxime celebrata editi). - Solvit.
