Heves megye hatósága (Ladislaus de Legend vicecomes et quator iudices nobilium) bizonyítja, hogy midőn júl.29-én (feria secunda prox.p.f.b.Jacobi ap.) ülést tartottak, Saar-i László tiltotta előttük Matheum Chege de Myse, necnon Ambrosium filium eiusdem Myse-i Keresmenfy fia Balázsnak a nevezett Myse-ben lévő birtokrészének bármi címen való használatától és hogy abból ők fizessék ki a jegy- és nászajándékot. - A szöveg alatt öt pecsét nyoma.
