quintodecimo die introductionis: feria sexta prox. post dominicam Laetare. A kolosmonostori konvent bizonyítja, hogy megkapta Zsigmond királynak bevezetést tartalmazó oklevelét. A konvent a nevezett Fratha-i Jánossal mint királyi emberrel kiküldte virum religiosum fratrem Petrum custodem monasterii, akik feria sexta prox. post dominicam Laetare (március 31.) kiszálltak a jelzett birtokrészhez és új királyi adomány címén bevezették annak a tulajdonába Barnabás fiát Balázst, meg Jánost, Gergelyt és Balázst. Senki se mondott ellen. Datum quintodecimo die introductionis anno 1430. Eredeti, hártya, egészen ép függőpecséttel, régi jelzete: Comitatus Kolos. M.
