A kolozsmonostori konvent bizonyítja, hogy megkapta Ulászló királynak statuálást elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Hozywthelke-i Osvald királyi emberrel Balázs rendi testvért küldte ki testimoniumként, akik nov.10-én (f.II.prox.a.f.b.Martini conf.) kiszálltak az említett Marthonfalwa, Gezeech és Horthobagfalwa birtokokban lévő azon birtokrészekhez, amelyek a néhai Wyngarth-i Gereb Péter volt nádor tulajdonát képezték és egybehíván az összes szomszédokat és határbirtokosokat, akik közül megjelentek: nobilibus Johanne et Gabriele Cheh de dicta Marthonfalwa, Martino de Marthonthelke et Michaele de Myhalczfalwa, Osvaldo, JOhanne et Gaspar de Hozywthelke, Georgio Wezewd-i ac Michaele de Kysegyed; item providis Mathia Gereb - Leonardi Apaffy de Almakerek, Barholomeo Gereb - Gasparis de Bolya, Johanne Gereb - Francisci de Thorozko in dicta Marthonfalwa; Martino Warga et Sigismundo Gereb - dicti - domini regis in Argyas; Andrea, Mathia et Johanne Gereb ”dictis” - Petri Beldi de Bodola in Ramas; Michaele Gereb - Gregorii Bykly de Bykol, Martino similiter Gereb - Jacobi de Gerend, Anthonio Gereb - Johannis Baladfy de Ozd in dicta Marthonthelke; Johanne et altero Johanne, necnon Stephano Gereb - capituli ecclesie nostre Transilvane in Zalathna; Sandrino Kenez - eiusdem capituli in Kerezthyenfalwa, necnon Johanne Ferenczy et Georgio Adam iuratis civibus regie maiestatis, iobagionibus in Naghlwdas possessionibus vocatis commorantibus és mások jelenlétében a királyi ember bevezette a nevezett Horwath Jánost a Marthonfalwa, Gezeech és Horthobagfalwa birtokokban lévő birtokrészekbe és a teljes Kyslwdas birtokba zálog címén és a statutionál sehol sem mondott ellen senki.
