A kolozsmonostori konvent bizonyítja, hogy megkapta litteras magnifici Petri comitis de Sancto Georgio et de Bozyn, iudicis curiae wayvodaeque Transilvani et comitis Siculorum requisitorias. Ők tehát praescripta paria littararum suarum attestatoriarum pariter et inquisitoriarum egyházuk conservatoriumában megkerestették és megtalálták. (1500.09.12.-én kelt és átírták) Ő tehát a nevezett Lossonczi Bánffy Ferenc kérésére szükségesnek tartotta a jelen oklevél kiadását. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Szilágyi hagyatékból) KOLOZSMONOSTORI KONVENT
