A kolozsmonostori konvent bizonyítja, hogy megkapta Szentgyörgyi és Bozyn-i Péter comes erdélyi vajda és székely ispán vizsgálatot elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Galthew-i Gaspar Tamás vajdai emberrel Barnabás rendi testvért küldte ki testimoniumként, akik 1499 dec.31-én (feria tertia, in profesto videlicet f. circumcisionis D.)
