Hunyady János kormányzó bizonyítja, hogy eléje járult Nagy Symon és bemutatta előtte a kormányzónak mint erdélyi vajdának 1443. máj. 22. oklevelét, kérve annak jóváhagyását és átírását. Ő a bemutatott oklevelet, mint teljesen épet megerősítette és átírta. - Függő pecsétje leszakítva. HUNYADI JÁNOS KORMÁNYZÓ
