In Sancto Emerico. in quindenis fisti epiphanaiarum Domini. Péter erdélyi alvajda az erdélyi káptalanhoz. Megkapta Lajos király oklevelét. Ehhez ki kellett küldeni a királyi és a káptalani embereket. Küldjék ki tehát testimoniumukat, akinek a jelenlétében Andreas, filius Valentini dicti Topp de Chumburd vel Andreas de Danchhaz vezesse be a nevezett úrnőt a néhai Byzther fiát, Domonkost illető javakba és statuálja azokat neki iuxta formam premisse gratie regalis.
