Az erdélyi káptalan bizonyítja, quod Andreas, filius Johannis, nobilis de Depther, előttük személyesen megjelenvén sua ac nobilis dominae Margarethae, consortis suae, filiae videlicet condam Gyulae, filii Sombor in personis bemutatta előttük litteras honorabilis conventus de Clusmonostra, kérve annak szóról szóra való átírását.
