A leleszi konvent jelenti V. László 1453.február 6-án kelt parancsára, hogy Warda-i Miklós fiát: Miklóst és Rwzka-i Dobó István fiát: Jánost s hozzátartozóikat a Szabolcs megyei Chobay birtokába s Lewk részbirtokába akarván beiktatni, többen, kiket az oklevél név szerint felsorol, ellene mondottak s ezért őket perbe hivták. - Hátlapján pecsét töredékével.
