Maii) Thywys-i János notarius előtt Thorda-i Pál hunyadi főesperes, Soklyos-i Demeter és Zenthmyklos-i Péter a maguk, valamint Makra-i Bálint krasznai főesperes és Enyed-i Adrián, az erdélyi egyházmegye kanonokjai nevében kötelezettséget vállalnak arra, hogy Zwchak-i Tamás kanonok 30 Ft-nyi tartozását néhai Warda-i Ferenc erdélyi püspöknek az oklevélben megszabott határidőig, ha a nevezett kanonok nem fizetné meg, megfizetik.
