Báthori István nádor a váradhegyfoki káptalannak: néhai Thorda-i Miklós leánya: Euffemia panaszt tett, hogy Thorda-i Zsigmond név szerint felsorolt Bihar megyei jobbágyaival a panaszos Bihar megyei Thorda-i curiájára tört, onnan őt megverve, elkergette, birtokát elfoglalta.
