(f. III. p. Nat. Joh.) Buda. II. Lajos meghagyja Warda-i Ferenc erdélyi püspöknek: számoltassa ez Zenthmyhal-i Tamás deákot és testvérét: Andrást arra kiválasztott egyházi emberek előtt. E célból Tamásnak salvus conductust adott. Andrást a püspök engedje ki börtönéből. Megütközéssel értesült arról, hogy sem Andrást el nem engedte, sőt Tamást is elfogatta.
