Lajos Warda-i Ferenc erdélyi püspöknek: Lazo-i János apostoli penitentiarius halálával a telegdi főesperességet Gerendi Mihály királyi secretariusnak adta, egyfelől, hogy védje főkegyúri jogát, másfelől, hogy idegent ne engedjen be abba a stallumba.
