[10. d. exhib. (f. II. p. Judica)] A leleszi konvent jelenti II. Lajosnak, hogy 1519. február 24-i mandatuma alapján bemutatta Szabolcs megye szolgabíróinak a király ugyanezen nap kelt és hozzájuk intézett mandatumát. Azok a legnagyobb tisztelettel készek parancsának engedelmeskedni. A konvent azonban a megye alispánját, kinek tudta nélkül a szolgabírák nem intézkedhetnek, nem találta sehol. Eredeti, papír.
