(f. IV. p. Judica) Buda. Ujlaki Lőrinc Bosznia hercege, országbíró a leleszi konventnek: Deeshaza-i Istvánnak, az esztergomi érsekség jövedelmei adminisztrátorának kérésére, adják ki másolatban nevezett Közép-Szolnok megyei Chewg birtokára vonatkozó különböző okleveleket. Ezek ui. főképp ”tempore insurrectionis hominum popularium sive rusticorum ad delendam nobilitatem” pusztultak el. Átírja a leleszi konvent 1519. április 14. Az oklevelek fajtái: prohibitoriae, statutoriae, reambulatoriae, divisionales, expeditoriae fassionales, perpetuales, impignoraticiae..
