Szabolcs megye I. Mátyásnak: 1489. dec. 8-i parancsa értelmében kivizsgálta a Kyswarda-i Miklós panaszára Kyswarda-i János ellen hatalmaskodás címén emelt vádat; több halálos ítéletet is hozott. Az ügyet azonban 1490. január 7-i parancsa értelmében felterjeszti a personalis presentia elé. - Hátlapján öt gyűrűspecsét nyoma, ill. töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy).
