Báthori István országbíró a Budán összegyűlt, nádorválasztó gyűlésen Kinizsi Pál temesi comes, ”capitaneus gentium Regie (Maiestatis) partium infernorum” nevében felszólította Wyzaz-i Mihályt, Komar vár castellanusát, hogy a budai káptalan nála lévő, Paladych és Thozeg határjáró oklevelét adja át. Erre Wyzaz-i nem volt hajlandó, de átírásra bemutatta s az 1450. december 21-én kelt oklevelét át is írta. - Hártya - Lila-kék-zöld selyemzsinóron függő pecsét töredéke – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy) BÁTORI ISTVÁN ORSZÁGBÍRÓ
