A kalocsai káptalan I. Mátyásnak: 1479. ápr. 5-i parancsa alapján kivizsgálta azokat a hatalmaskodásokat, amelyeket Kyswardai Miklós és Bathmonostra-i Imre fejérvári kanonok, a királyi personalis presencia jegyzője sérelmére Debrenthe-i Tamás nyitrai püspök s a szekszárdi apátság kormányzójának földvári udvarbírája s népei és Ormánd-i Péter elkövettek. - Hátlapján pecsét maradványai. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy Miklsó) KALOCSAI KÁPTALAN
