Báthori István országbíró előtt Mesteri Balázs fia Mihály lánya Neste nevében gyámja: Bokodi György nádori ítélőmester, valamint Mesteri Imre fia Móric és társai az utóbbiak által Neste okleveleinek elvétele és Mesteri birtokának elfoglalása miatt folyó perben kiegyeznek és Móric visszaad 14, kelet és tartalom szerint felsorolt oklevelet és visszabocsájtja Neste birtokrészét.
