Buda. quinquagesimo die termini prenotati (in octavis f. Epiphaniarum Domini.) 1437. Báthori István országbíró meghagyja a vasvári káptalannak, hogy a Palicsnaszentpéteri Gergely fiai: Miklós és János által Holtó, máskép Berhent, Vas megyei birtok iktatásának ellentmondása miatt Bokodi György mester és társai ellen indított perben az alpereseket, akik nem jelentek meg, okleveleik bemutatása végett idézze meg.
