Buda. quadragesimo die termini prenotati (ad octavas f. Epiphaniarum Domini) 1437. Báthori István országbíró meghagyja a vasvári káptalannak, hogy a Hernádmesteri Balázs fia, Mihály, lánya, Neste által Mesteri Bálint fia, András és társai ellen a Hernádmesteri és Bekén birtokokra vonatkozó oklevelek elvétele és Hernádmesteri birtok elfoglalása miatt indított perben utóbbiakat, minthogy nem jelentek meg, másodszor is idézze meg.
