A fehérvári káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy amikor 1435. december 27-én Székesfehérváron kelt parancsára Palicsnaszentpéteri Gergely fiait: Miklóst és Jánost Hernádmesteri Balázs fia Mihály fia Benedek Hernádmesteri és Holtoi, másképp Berhenei Dénes és Antal Holtó, másnéven Berhene vasmegyei pusztáiba adomány címén be akarta vezetni, Szentmártoni Antal és társai ellentmondtak, akiket megidézett.
